Next Generation    The National Institute for Civil Discourse has initiated a project entitled Next Generation  that prepares and coordinates a network of state legislators committed to cultivating civil discourse in statehouses across the country. Teams of  trained legislators are leading workshops with their peers to explore how they can work together more constructively across party lines in their own states. Over a dozen Next Generation workshops have been held in multiple states since 2014. Kirk Emerson and Ted Celeste have provided the facilitation training to over 30 Next Generation workshop leaders in the past two and half  years.
